In short: We collect what we need to make and ship your piece, keep its certificate of ownership, and answer you: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Your public certificate page shows only your first name and last initial. We don’t sell your information. Email contact@hollajack.com to see, correct or delete what we hold.

What is public
Each piece’s certificate of ownership has a public page that anyone with the link or QR code can open. It shows the piece, the artist, its edition number and the current owner as a first name and last initial only. Your email, address and full name are never shown there. Artists’ store names, profiles and storefronts are public by design.
Who we share it with
- Our print-and-fulfilment partner receives your name, shipping address and the items ordered, so it can make and ship your piece.
- Our payment provider processes your payment. We do not see or store your full card number.
- The artist sees sales of their own pieces in their dashboard.
- Email and hosting services that run the site and send its emails.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Embedded videos
The home page and the Become an artist page play a muted YouTube video, in its privacy-enhanced mode, as soon as they load, so YouTube may set cookies or similar storage when you visit them, under Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Certificate records are kept for as long as the piece exists in our records, because the ownership history is the point of them. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to deal with them. You can unsubscribe from new-edition notes at any time, and we delete your address from the list.
Your choices
- See or correct your information: most of it is in your account. For the rest, email us.
- Delete your account: email us. We’ll delete what we can and tell you what we must keep, such as order records required for tax purposes.
- Stop emails: email us and we’ll stop sending you new-edition notes.
Children
You must be at least 18 to buy or sell on HollaJack. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
