In short: Every piece is made to order and ships within the US, including US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, with shipping calculated at checkout. You can return an unused piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Artists keep the rights to their work.

Shipping
- Where we ship. To US addresses, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the US yet.
- Made to order. Every piece is produced after you order it, then shipped direct to you. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, and busy periods can add a few days.
- Cost. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Tracking. When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number, which becomes active within about a day.
- Delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will email you.
Returns and refunds
- Window. You can return a piece within 14 days of the day you receive it.
- Condition. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging.
- How. Email contact@hollajack.com first with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
- Return shipping. The buyer pays for and is responsible for return shipping. We recommend an insured, trackable service; we cannot refund a return we do not receive.
- Refunds. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving.
- Gifts. Refunds go to the original payment method of the person who placed the order. If you received a piece as a gift, ask them to contact us.
- Edition numbers. A returned piece’s edition number is not reissued to anyone else; the run’s next sale takes the next number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email contact@hollajack.com with your order number and a photo, and keep the packaging until it is resolved.
Edition numbers and certificates
- Each design is an open numbered run. Your edition number is written to your order when your payment goes through and is never assigned to anyone else.
- Every piece sold receives a certificate of ownership with a public page. The public page shows the owner as first name and last initial only.
- You may resell or gift a piece you own by transferring its certificate from your account. A transfer completes only when the recipient accepts it.
- Owning a piece does not include the rights to its artwork. Copying a design, or selling copies of it, is counterfeiting and is not allowed.

For artists
- Your work stays yours. Artists keep the copyright and other rights to their artwork. By publishing a design, an artist licenses HollaJack to produce and sell it on the site.
- Stopping a run. An artist can remove a design at any time. Once removed, it is no longer produced, except for orders already placed and in progress.
- Only upload what you own. Artists may only publish work they have the right to sell. Rights disputes are between the parties to the design; HollaJack will work to resolve any removal request fairly.
- No self-dealing. Buying your own designs to raise their price or your earnings is not allowed.
- How you are paid. The payout formula is published on the artist earnings page.
Using this site
- You must be at least 18 to buy or sell on HollaJack.
- Do not use the site in a way that harms it, its artists or its customers, including scraping data or uploading material you do not have the right to share.
- The site’s own code, layout and concept belong to HollaJack. Artwork belongs to the artists who made it.
