An artist signs a design to a run. Each order takes the next number in that run — yours is recorded and never reissued.

What does the number actually mean?
Each design is a run. When you buy, you take the next number in that run — if 47 editions have been claimed, you hold N° 48. The number is recorded against your order when it completes and is never assigned to anyone else.
Why does the price rise?
Each piece steps up by a set amount every time an edition is claimed. It’s the honest version of scarcity: demand is recorded in the ledger, not manufactured by a timer. You always see the current price and the next price before you buy.
What arrives at my door?
A piece made for you, after your order — not pulled from a shelf. Options like the canvas add-on are shown on the piece’s page, and your edition number stays on your order record.
