What does the number actually mean?
Each design is a run. When you buy, you take the next number in that run: if 47 editions have been claimed, you hold N° 48. The number is recorded against your order when your payment goes through and is never assigned to anyone else. More on numbered editions.
Why does the price rise?
Each piece steps up by a set amount every time an edition is claimed. It is the honest version of scarcity: demand is recorded in the ledger, not manufactured by a timer. You always see the current price and the next price before you buy.
Is a numbered edition the same as a limited edition?
Not quite. A limited edition stops at a fixed count. A HollaJack run stays open, but every number in it can only ever be held once, and early numbers cost less than later ones. Timed, limited and open editions, explained.
What is the certificate of ownership?
Every piece sold gets its own certificate: a public page with a QR code that shows what the piece is, who made it, its edition number, and who holds it now (first name and last initial only). Each change of hands is recorded and chained to the one before it, and a transfer only completes when the new owner accepts it. How certificates work.
Who are the artists?
Independent artists who sell on HollaJack under their own names. Each has a storefront listing their runs, every piece credits the artist who made it, and artists keep the rights to their work. How artists join.
What arrives at my door?
A piece made for you after your order, not pulled from a shelf. Options like the canvas add-on are shown on the piece's page, and your edition number stays on your order record.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the edition number is never reissued to anyone else. Read the full policies.

Do I keep the rights to my work?
Yes. You license HollaJack to produce and sell the piece; the artwork stays yours, and you can stop a run at any time. Buyers own their numbered piece, not the rights to the image.
How is the split calculated?
You set the price of your art, which sits on top of the garment price and steps up with every edition sold. On every tee HollaJack keeps a flat $18.00, and everything above it is split 50/50 between you and HollaJack. With the default $2.00 art price, a Unisex tee ($21.00 garment) sells for $23.00 at N° 001, so you earn $2.50 on it; each later edition adds $0.10 to the price. See the full formula and calculator.
Do I need to buy stock or pay anything upfront?
No. Every piece is made to order after it sells and shipped direct, so there is no inventory to buy, store or discount.
Who sets the price?
You do. You choose the starting price of your art, and each edition steps it up by a set amount. Buyers see the current and the next price on every piece.
Where does my work appear?
Every piece gets its own gallery page with your name on it, and you get a storefront you can link to from anywhere. Each piece also carries a certificate of ownership that names you as the artist.
Is A1AI Workspace included with a storefront?
No, it is a separate, optional toolkit from A1AI Digital: social scheduling, a newsletter, AI copy under your own key, an SEO copilot that previews every change, a simple CRM and a calendar for drops. New accounts get the first month free, then it is $499 a month.
Orders, shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
To US addresses, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the US yet.
How much is shipping, and how do I track my order?
Standard shipping is $4.95 for the first tee and $2.20 for each extra tee in the same order, shown at checkout before you pay. Every piece is made to order: allow 2 to 5 business days to make it, then 4 to 10 to arrive. When it ships you get an email with a tracking number.
Why do I need an account to buy?
Your certificate of ownership needs a home. Checkout creates an account for you, and every certificate you hold lives under My Certificates in that account.
Can I resell my piece?
Yes, it is yours. Send the certificate to the new owner from your account; it moves when they accept, and the record shows the change of hands.
Can I make copies of a piece I bought?
No. You own the numbered piece, not the rights to the artwork. Copying and selling a design is counterfeiting, and we act on it to protect the artists.
How do returns work?
Contact us at contact@hollajack.com within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging; return shipping is paid by the buyer, and refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving. Full returns policy.
