Shipping Policy
All pieces are made to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Domestic orders arrive in 4-8 business days; international orders may take 10-18 business days depending on customs.
Refund Policy
Because every piece is made on demand, Hendricks Field & Fern accepts returns only for quality defects, damage in transit, or sizing exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out with photos of the issue and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. After that, the run is already queued and can no longer be cancelled.
