In short: Every HollaJack design can be ordered with a matching canvas print, currently $40.00, printed with the same edition number as the tee it belongs to. Some artists also publish canvas-only designs. Like everything on HollaJack, canvas prints are made to order and belong to an independent artist’s numbered run.
How do canvas prints work on HollaJack?
There are two ways a canvas reaches your wall.
- The canvas add-on. When you claim a tee, you can add a canvas print of the same design. It is numbered with the same edition number as the tee, so the pair belongs together in the run’s record. The add-on is currently $40.00.
- Canvas-only designs. Some artists publish a design straight to canvas, in vertical, horizontal or square formats. These are numbered runs too.

Why is a canvas print not just a bigger t-shirt?
A shirt is seen at a glance, on a moving body, from across a room. A canvas is looked at for a long time, from close up, on a still wall. Artists who publish to both usually adjust composition, edges and detail for each. Our journal piece on designing for canvas goes into the differences.

Frequently asked questions
Does the canvas carry the same number as my tee?
Yes. A canvas added to a tee is printed with the same edition number, so the two belong together.
Can I buy only the canvas?
For canvas-only designs, yes. For tee designs, the canvas is offered as an add-on to the tee.
Is the canvas made to order?
Yes. Every piece on HollaJack is made after you order it, then shipped direct.
