Shipping Policy
All pieces are made to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Domestic orders arrive in 4-8 business days; international orders may take 10-18 business days depending on customs.
Refund Policy
Because every piece is made on demand, Vance Circuit accepts returns only for quality defects, damage in transit, or sizing exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out with photos of the issue and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. After that, the run is already queued and can no longer be cancelled.
